Q: HealthKit データを連携するには？
A: iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」→「AI Health Partner」から、 連携を許可するデータ種別を選択してください。 許可後、アプリのホーム画面に歩数・体重・睡眠・運動データが自動的に取り込まれます。
Q: アカウントを削除したいのですが。
A: アプリ内の「Settings（設定）」→「アカウント削除」からお手続きいただけます。 削除をリクエストすると即時に論理削除（非表示）され、30 日後にすべての個人データが物理削除されます。 削除後のデータ復元はできませんのでご注意ください。
Q: AI 解析の精度はどの程度ですか？
A: AI 解析による食品名・栄養素の推定は参考情報です。医療診断ではなく、個別の疾患や治療方針に関するアドバイスを提供するものではありません。 正確な栄養管理や医療に関する判断は、専門家にご相談ください。詳細は利用規約をご参照ください。
Q: 食事画像はどこに保存されますか？
A: 撮影した食事画像は AI 解析のために Anthropic Claude Vision API へ一時的に送信されますが、 解析完了後に消去されます。弊社サーバーには長期保存しません。 画像から抽出された食品名・栄養素データのみをお客様のアカウントに記録します。
Q: パスワードを忘れてしまいました。
A: 現在、アプリ内でのパスワードリセット機能は準備中です。 お急ぎの場合は、下記サポートメール（support@knowledge-computing.com）に ご登録のメールアドレスをお知らせください。本人確認後にご対応いたします。 将来のアップデートでパスワードリセット機能を追加予定です。

AI Health Partner is a mobile application that integrates diet, exercise, sleep, and body composition management, providing AI-powered personalized health coaching. Q: How do I connect HealthKit data?
A: On your iPhone, go to "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Health" → "AI Health Partner" and select the data types you wish to share. Once permitted, step count, weight, sleep, and workout data will automatically appear in the app's home screen.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to "Settings" in the app and tap "Delete Account." Your account will be immediately soft-deleted (hidden) and all personal data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.
Q: How accurate is the AI analysis?
A: AI-based estimates of food names and nutritional values are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnoses or advice regarding individual conditions or treatment plans. Please consult a qualified professional for accurate nutritional management and medical decisions. See our Terms of Service for details.
Q: Where are my food photos stored?
A: Food photos are temporarily sent to the Anthropic Claude Vision API for AI analysis and are deleted after analysis is complete. They are not stored long-term on our servers. Only the extracted food names and nutritional data are saved to your account.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: In-app password reset is currently under development. If you need urgent assistance, please email us at support@knowledge-computing.com with your registered email address, and we will assist you after identity verification. A password reset feature will be added in a future update.

If you wish to have your personal data deleted, you may use one of the following methods.
You can delete your account yourself by going to "Settings" in the app and tapping "Delete Account." Your account is immediately soft-deleted, and all personal data (account information, health records, AI analysis history) will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you are unable to log in to the app, please contact support@knowledge-computing.com with your registered email address and your deletion request. After identity verification, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days.
