利用規約

AI Health Partner

1. 適用範囲

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社ナレッジコンピューティング / Knowledge Computing inc（以下「弊社」）が提供する モバイルアプリケーション「AI Health Partner」（以下「本アプリ」）のすべての機能・サービスに適用されます。 本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. アカウント登録

• 年齢制限：本アプリは 13 歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。 13 歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。
• 正確な情報の提供：アカウント登録時には正確かつ最新の情報を入力してください。 虚偽の情報を登録した場合、アカウントを停止する場合があります。
• パスワードの管理：アカウントのパスワードはユーザー自身が管理する責任を負います。 第三者への漏洩防止に努め、不正利用が疑われる場合は直ちに弊社に連絡してください。

3. 禁止事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 不正アクセス・リバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル
• 本アプリのソースコード・アルゴリズムの解析・複製・改変・再配布
• 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ・誹謗中傷・差別的行為
• 詐欺・なりすまし・その他違法行為
• スパム送信・自動化ツール（ボット等）による攻撃的アクセス
• 本アプリのサービス妨害（DoS/DDoS 攻撃等）
• 弊社の書面による承認なしに本アプリを商業利用すること

4. AI 解析の免責

• 本アプリが提供する AI コーチングおよび AI 解析の結果は、あくまで参考情報であり、 医療診断・治療・医学的アドバイスの代替ではありません。
• 健康上の問題・症状・疾患の診断・治療については、必ず医師・医療専門家に相談してください。
• 食事 AI 解析（カロリー・栄養素等の推定値）は、あくまで目安であり、 正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。
• AI の解析結果に基づいた行動によって生じた損害について、弊社は責任を負いません。

5. HealthKit データの取扱い

• Apple HealthKit との連携は任意です。ユーザーが明示的に許可した場合のみ、 本アプリは HealthKit データにアクセスします。
• HealthKit データは本アプリの健康管理機能（記録・分析・AI コーチング）にのみ使用されます。
• HealthKit 連携はいつでも iOS の設定（「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」）から 取り消すことができます。

6. サービスの変更・終了

• 弊社は、事前にアプリ内または登録メールアドレス宛に通知の上、 機能の変更・追加・削除・サービスの終了を行う場合があります。
• サービス終了時には、ユーザーが自身のデータをエクスポートできる機能を 別途用意する場合があります（保証するものではありません）。
• 弊社はサービスの変更・終了に伴う損害について、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、 責任を負いません。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状有姿（as-is）」で提供されます。弊社は稼働率・可用性について保証しません。
• 弊社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（データ損失・ 機会損失・健康上の損害等を含む）について弊社は責任を負いません。
• 天災・通信障害・第三者サービスの障害等、弊社の合理的な管理外の事由により サービスが停止・中断した場合も同様です。

8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所

• 本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。
• 本規約または本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、弊社所在地を管轄する 日本の地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

9. 規約の変更

弊社は本規約を随時改訂することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリ内通知または登録メールアドレス宛に通知します。 改訂後も本アプリを引き続き利用した場合、改訂後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

X. サブスクリプションについて

1. プラン構成

• 無料プラン: ¥0、機能制限あり
• スタンダードプラン: ¥1,000/月、7 日間無料体験付き
• プレミアムプラン: ¥2,000/月

2. 自動更新

サブスクリプションは期間終了の 24 時間以内に自動更新されます。 自動更新は、現在の期間が終了する 24 時間前までにキャンセルされない限り継続します。

3. 7 日間無料体験 (スタンダードプランのみ)

スタンダードプランの初回登録時、7 日間無料でご利用いただけます。 期間中にキャンセルしない場合、8 日目以降は ¥1,000/月で自動課金されます。 無料体験はユーザー 1 人につき 1 回のみご利用いただけます。

4. キャンセル方法

サブスクリプションは iPhone の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」 からいつでもキャンセル可能です。 キャンセル後も現在の期間終了まではご利用いただけます。

Terms of Service

AI Health Partner

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all features and services of the mobile application "AI Health Partner" ("the App") provided by 株式会社ナレッジコンピューティング / Knowledge Computing inc ("we" or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• Age Requirement: The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Persons under 13 years of age may not use the App.
• Accurate Information: Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. We may suspend accounts that contain false information.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. Take measures to prevent disclosure to third parties, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Analyzing, copying, modifying, or redistributing the App's source code or algorithms
• Harassing, defaming, or discriminating against other users
• Fraud, impersonation, or other illegal activities
• Sending spam or using automated tools (bots, etc.) to make abusive requests
• Disrupting App services (DoS/DDoS attacks, etc.)
• Commercially exploiting the App without our written approval

4. Disclaimer of AI Analysis

• AI coaching and analysis results provided by the App are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
• For any health concerns, symptoms, or conditions, always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional.
• Food AI analysis results (estimated calories, nutrients, etc.) are estimates only; accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from actions taken based on AI analysis results.

5. Apple HealthKit Data

• Integration with Apple HealthKit is optional. The App accesses HealthKit data only when you have explicitly granted permission.
• HealthKit data is used solely for the App's health management features (recording, analysis, and AI coaching).
• You may revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

6. Service Changes & Termination

• We may modify, add, remove features, or terminate the Service after providing advance notice via in-app notification or to your registered email address.
• Upon service termination, we may provide a data export feature to allow you to retrieve your data (this is not guaranteed).
• Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages resulting from service changes or termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime or availability.
• Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App (including data loss, loss of opportunity, or health-related damages).
• This also applies to service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or third-party service outages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or to your registered email address. Your continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

XI. Subscriptions

1. Plans

• Free Plan: ¥0, limited features
• Standard Plan: ¥1,000/month, includes 7-day free trial
• Premium Plan: ¥2,000/month

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. 7-Day Free Trial (Standard Plan only)

New Standard Plan subscribers enjoy a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial period, you will be charged ¥1,000/month starting on day 8. The free trial is available once per user.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
