AI Health Partner

1. アプリ概要

AI Health Partner（以下「本アプリ」）は、食事・運動・睡眠・体組成を統合管理し、AI による個別最適化された健康コーチングを提供するモバイルアプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような個人情報を収集し、どのように利用・保護するかを説明します。

開発元：株式会社ナレッジコンピューティング / Knowledge Computing inc（以下「弊社」）

本アプリ「AI Health Partner」は株式会社ナレッジコンピューティング(Knowledge Computing Inc.)が運営しています。App Store 上では個人の Apple Developer アカウントを通じて配信されていますが、本サービスの運営主体は株式会社ナレッジコンピューティングです。

2. 収集するデータ

2-1. アカウント情報

メールアドレス（アカウント登録・ログインに使用）
パスワード（bcrypt によりハッシュ化して保存、平文では保存しません）

2-3. 健康・行動記録

食事記録（テキストおよび AI 解析用の食事画像）
運動記録（種目・時間・消費カロリー等）

2-4. Apple HealthKit 経由のデータ

ユーザーが HealthKit 連携を有効化した場合のみ、以下のデータを読み取ります：

睡眠データ
運動データ

3. データの利用目的

アプリ機能の提供：健康データの記録・閲覧・グラフ表示・分析レポートの生成
AI コーチによる健康アドバイス：匿名化された健康記録を Anthropic Claude API に送信し、個別最適化されたアドバイスを生成します。AI の回答は参考情報であり医療診断ではありません。
食事画像 AI 解析：撮影した食事画像を Anthropic Claude Vision API に送信し、食品名・栄養素の推定を行います。
サービスの改善：バグ修正・機能向上のための利用状況分析（個人を特定しない形式）

4. 第三者へのデータ提供

弊社は以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各社のプライバシーポリシーも合わせてご確認ください。

Anthropic, PBC（米国） — AI 推論のため、食事テキスト・食事画像・健康アドバイス用テキストを送信します。個人を直接識別する情報（氏名・メールアドレス等）は送信しません。
Render（米国経由 Singapore） — バックエンド API のホスティング
Neon（米国経由 Singapore） — データベース（PostgreSQL）の保存
Upstash（米国経由 Singapore） — Redis キャッシュの保存

上記以外の第三者（広告ネットワーク・マーケティング会社等）に個人データを販売・提供することはありません。

5. データの保管・削除

すべての通信は HTTPS / TLS により暗号化されます。
パスワードは bcrypt によりハッシュ化され、平文では保存されません。
アカウント削除をリクエストした場合、データは論理削除（非表示）され、 30 日後に物理削除されます。削除後のデータ復元はできません。
データの閲覧・訂正・削除のご要望は下記連絡先までお問い合わせください。

6. Apple HealthKit データの取扱い

HealthKit からは読み取りのみ行い、HealthKit への書き込みは行いません。
HealthKit 経由で取得した歩数・体重・睡眠・運動データは弊社サーバに保存され、本アプリの健康管理機能（記録・分析・AI コーチング）に使用します。
HealthKit データを広告・マーケティング目的で使用したり、第三者に販売・提供したりすることはありません。
HealthKit 連携はいつでも iOS の設定（「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」）から取り消せます。

課金データの取扱い

アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）は Apple を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード情報等の決済情報は Apple のみが管理し、当社は受け取りません。当社が受信・保存するのは以下の情報のみです。

サブスクリプションの識別子 (original_transaction_id): プランの有効性確認のため
サブスクリプションの有効期限 (expires_at): プラン機能の提供のため
環境識別子 (production/sandbox): テスト環境と本番環境の区別のため

これらの情報は、お客様へのサービス提供にのみ使用し、第三者への提供は行いません。

1. About the App

AI Health Partner ("the App") is a mobile application that integrates diet, exercise, sleep, and body composition management and provides AI-powered personalized health coaching. This policy explains what personal information the App collects and how it is used and protected.

AI Health Partner is operated by Knowledge Computing Inc. (株式会社ナレッジコンピューティング). The app is distributed on the App Store through an individual Apple Developer account, but the service is operated by Knowledge Computing Inc.

2. Data We Collect

2-1. Account Information

Email address (used for account registration and login)
Password (stored as a bcrypt hash; never stored in plain text)

2-2. Profile Information (Optional)

Display name
Date of birth
Gender
Height

2-3. Health & Activity Records

Meal records (text and food images for AI analysis)
Exercise records (type, duration, calories burned, etc.)
Sleep records (bedtime, wake-up time, sleep quality, etc.)
Body composition records (weight, body fat percentage, BMI, etc.)
Step count records

2-4. Apple HealthKit Data

Only when the user enables HealthKit integration, we read the following data:

Step count
Body weight
Body fat percentage
Sleep data
Workout data

3. How We Use Your Data

Providing App Features: Recording, viewing, charting, and generating analysis reports of health data.
AI Health Coaching: Anonymized health records are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized advice. AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
Food Image AI Analysis: Food photos are sent to the Anthropic Claude Vision API to estimate food names and nutritional values.
Service Improvement: Usage analysis for bug fixes and feature improvements (in non-personally-identifiable form).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services. Please also review their respective privacy policies.

Anthropic, PBC (United States) — Food text, food images, and health coaching text are sent for AI inference. Directly identifying information (name, email address, etc.) is not sent.
Render (United States / Singapore) — Backend API hosting
Neon (United States / Singapore) — Database (PostgreSQL) storage
Upstash (United States / Singapore) — Redis cache storage

We do not sell or share personal data with any other third parties (advertising networks, marketing companies, etc.).

5. Data Storage & Deletion

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Upon an account deletion request, data is logically deleted (hidden) and physically deleted after 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Apple HealthKit Data

We only read from HealthKit; we do not write to HealthKit.
Step count, body weight, sleep, and workout data obtained through HealthKit are stored on our servers and used for the App's health management features (recording, analysis, and AI coaching).
HealthKit data will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties.
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

8. Billing Data

In-app purchases (subscriptions) are processed through Apple. Payment information such as credit card details is managed solely by Apple; we do not receive it. The only information we receive and store is:

Subscription identifier (original_transaction_id): to verify plan validity
Subscription expiry date (expires_at): to provide plan features
Environment identifier (production/sandbox): to distinguish test and production environments

This information is used solely to provide services to you and will not be shared with third parties.

9. 広告について (Sprint 31) / Advertising

本アプリの無料プランでは、Google AdMob を利用した広告を表示します。 AdMob は広告識別子 (IDFA / IDFV / Google Ad ID) を使用してパーソナライズ広告を提供する場合があります。

The free plan of this app displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV / Google Ad ID) to provide personalized ads.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

iOS 14 以降では、初回起動時に広告トラッキングへの同意を求めるダイアログが表示されます。同意は iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更可能です。同意しない場合も広告は表示されますが、関連性が低くなる可能性があります。

On iOS 14 and later, a dialog requesting consent for ad tracking will appear at first launch. You can change your consent at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads will still be shown if you decline, but they may be less relevant.
